These terms govern use of Hermes ("the Service"), operated by TechNest
at hermes.technest.cloud. By connecting a Google account to the
Service, you agree to these terms.
Hermes lets an authorized AI assistant act on your Google account(s) — Gmail, Calendar, and Drive — and query Google Maps Platform datasets, based on the scopes you grant and the requests you make.
You may only connect Google accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the actions your assistant takes through the Service, since it acts only in response to your direction.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechNest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including actions taken on a connected account at a user's direction.
You may stop using the Service and revoke its access at any time via Google Account permissions. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account misusing it or violating these terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
